Looking for an affordable but dope tire rims

Looking for second-hand alloy 15" rims from members around my area. The tread is worn-out already after years of use. So, I will need new tires, but I'm a bit low on budget. Waiting for offers maybe some pics too.

I h ave a set of big Buick , mid 70's chrome wheels with center caps for $150.00 pluss shipping from zip 45069.These are 15x6 driver quality or nice 10 footers.

 

Those may be considered prescription rims rather than dope rims. Just saying

 

My Mom is 94 and is getting to the point she is having trouble getting in and out of her dope arse wheeled Buick.
I'll check to see if she is ready to let them go next time she rolls up on me in this piece
