I am thinking of going with a Holley Sniper throttle body injection in my 71 wagon. What intake do you guys recommend? The TA stage 1 or the SP3? She is pretty much stock right now except for headers.

Whichever manifold route you go I highly recommend laying out for the full Hyperspark Ignition set.

I don't know what the price difference is, or if its a decision factor for you, but the Hyperspark ignition puts icing on the Sniper cake. All aspects of timing are under control of the Sniper ECU. I ran with stock ignition for some months after installing the Sniper but the difference (even on a stock motor) was noticeable. Starts were even better and timing adjustments under all driving conditions are instantaneous.

Holley does recommend installing the Sniper and running on stock ignition for a while to iron out any bugs. I had none. Then install the Hyperspark system.

Apart from the usual 'Where does this wire go?' issues the install was simple.

I have a super sniper installed with Poston dual plane. Works just fine.

Mark Burton runs the Holley TBI with Hyperspark with the turbos and he loves it.

It has been recommended by an expert on the Holley EFI to run the Hyperspark system to get the most out of the Sniper.

    mine; Holley Sniper/Hyperspark= Awesome

full timing control which is essential when boosting without IC

on SP3 intake , Single planes are prefered on this kind of systems
simplify the fuel system with just a Surge tank (feed by your stock mechanical) with internal E Fp. i have a robbMc Surgetank + regulator.
But there is cheaper options now.

Nice setup. I personally went with an EFI tank with internal fuel pump. There’s a reason all the OEM’s do it that way.

I just may look into doing the EFI tank. Saves me from having to replumb the whole car.

Also consider an under the hood surge tank

costs you 700$ for Tank Plus you have to have 58PSI min that dont really work with the old fuel lines ( rubber and hose clamps) you need all AN lines + PRE and POST filter.... Do the math
