I got the stainless steel transmission cooling lines installed today. I routed them through the frame using factory holes in the frame. The stock lines were basically touching my headers in multiple places and they were also close to the engine block. I dont have a tranny temp gauge but im guessing this will make a huge difference. It also will allow me to use the fly wheel cover and get to the starter easier. Also the extra length of line will allow for an easy install of an aftermarket cooler.
Very smart upgrade, many a trans has been killed by heat. Get a trans temp gauge when you can, great insurance.
