I got one available out of a '71 LeSabre if you can make that work.

Does anyone know if this sending unit is equal to the 1969 Electra unit? No a/c on the Electra, if that makes a difference.
I ordered one on Ebay and got in a float arm style that would not fit in the opening.
The original unit is a round float type.
Failing that, anyone know where to get the correct unit, if at all possible?
    thanks~ sending units.jpeg

Possibly check Hollander's or anyone with Buick parts books from this era.

Does yours look like the old one in the pic? Same style of round can?
    thanks!

IMG_4007.jpeg Car ready! Took a while. I wanted it running and lot drivable. That required a functioning gas tank, and brakes. And a running engine.
The engine was the easy part. New ignition parts, fresh oil, and bottle fed fuel.
I could not find a tank so the original needed a lot of work. But, that tank is perfection now and the engine is no longer "on the bottle".
Being lot drivable took 4 new wheel cylinders. And new shoes in the back. And some brake lines. But now it stops.

So now I would like to find the buyer to restore this beauty. Any advertising recommendations? Like Hemmings, or Autotrader?
    thanks~
