Newbie here in UT

  1. Yesterday I bought a Buick 455 in Utah, for cheap all in pieces and boxes. I noticed the valve covers had only a oil fill cap and one hole in one valve cover for PCV. Stock Buicks didn't have a hole for a breather too? Wait, does the PCV come off the intake manifold and not the valve cover on Buick?

    Welcome from Florida!

    I only know about the 400 Big Block in my 69 GS400. Not sure if all of the big blocks are set up this way. It has the PCV valve in the intake, oil fill cap in the driver side valve cover, and vent to the air cleaner in the passenger side valve cover. The PCV valve connects to the bottom of the carburetor with a hose.
