I know this topic has been around but I am wanting to install a/c in a non a/c 69 GS 350 Would like factory OE stuff , really don’t like aftermarket stuff hanging underneath the dash, pic shows what I’m working with.
I have complete AC set up for 69 that I would be willing to sell. I have a 69 Custom but am moving to a Vintage air set up.
Yeah, best way to go is find a scrap car and pull off all the ac stuff, or find someone selling it all used. You'll need the heater/ac boxes, dash controls, pulleys on motor, evaporator, condenser, compressor, lines, wiring, and poa valve just for starters. Big job, but it can be done if you really want it.
