Got this email today, pretty positive this is a scam, I am going to play along a little and see what he says next.

The paint, interior, and undercarriage is excellent and all are originals. Car was driven all his life in San Jose, CA. I have decided to sell it because I'm not able anymore to take care of this beauty, 2 months ago I moved from California to Georgia and I don't have a place where to store it.

My vote is scam...it's too good to be true. Nobody gives away a Poncho like that unless they've lived under a rock for the past 15 years.

 

Definitely a scam. I made some inquiries about the car and got the same exact response as Chris. I made some additional inquiries and received this response:
