One rear brake locking up... after brake job?

Are you sure your brake shoes are the correct width? I know some have different width shoes.

These particular brakes only come in one width, two inches. What I do note is the 15 year old Duralast shoes were riveted, wheras these one month old Duralast shoes are merely bonded. My mind has me thinking it's easy to get lining material on cockeyed if there are no rivets to keep it in a fixed area.
