This '69 Skylark on Hemmings is a real wiring prize winner. :)

I see the wires going everywhere but look at that very cool racing red master cylinder and alternator fan.

Years ago my brother had a 65 Mustang and one night he complained it was not running right.

After dinner my Dad and I went out to see what was going on. It was pretty dark out and when we raised the hood it liked like a bunch of fireflies were all over his engine. His spark plug wires were so cracked up they were arcing everywhere.

We put my old used dist cap and wires on his car and everything was fine.

    TrunkMonkey Totally bananas

    Bet it runs warm.
They make belts in more than "fatboi one-ly" size.

And is has that "Automatic headlight/ turn signals disconnect" function, if you go too fast...

Looks like a car sold in Canada from the decal on the inner fender. Canadian cars could be purchased with option RN10 "Rat nest wiring". Rare option and not desirable.

Hey, people who make fire trucks and ambulances need to eat too.

I had that same exact problem years ago in my GS. Had the yellow off the shelf Accel wires. Looked fine during the day, felt fine but one night I opened the hood in the darkā€¦..it was a magical light show!!! Lol! Accel=never again!
