Photos too big?

    I am trying to post some pics of a car show I went to yesterday, and as I email the pics to myself there is an option to resize the photos before you send them.
    I have tried all 3 settings, 70%, 30% and just now 10% of the original size. None of these will allow me to upload to V8?
    File too large!
    Any help?!

    I use a pgm called PIXresizer. It's a free pgm.

    I use Photoscape X its one of the best programs I have ever used for a quick fix on photos. its a simple old photo editor and really works great.
