Yeah, I don’t remember when but they did change the hoses again.

I do remember when we were buying original passenger side inner fenders that it was easy to tell the non-AC ones from the AC pieces.

The non-AC ones had the 2 dimples at the bottom, while the AC inner fenders had 2 holes drilled at those locations for the bracket.

When I was repairing and selling them to people I used to ask if they had a non air or air car so they got the right ones.

If they needed a non-AC style and all I had was an AC unit, I would sometimes weld the holes shut then put the “dimples” back in so it looked correct. Most people didn’t care, but there were a few.

This was another little item we would look for when judging.
