Let's see some of the models you've built! Even if they're kits you've built as a kid. Let see them!

I still have a bunch of models I did in my teens and 20s. One was even in a model car contest and displayed at a hobby shop!

A good friend took this 1970 Seamist Green GS 1/18 and customized it for me to match my car. Added the vinyl top, auto console and black buckets.

I don't have any cars to show, as I have built primarily WWII aircraft and a sampling of Sci-fi for the past 30 years. Would they qualify?

Here is my model of the Horten Ho-229. This was Germany's stealth fighter/fighter bomber concept from WWII. As the actual aircraft was never fully completed before war's end, it would never have been camouflaged. Therefore, I thought it would be a good opportunity to practice my wood grain painting skills.

Nothing against Randy's GORGEOUS Horten...!!! But might I suggest we limit to, at least cars...? (My built and un-built planes, ships and trains far out number my car models...)

Needless to say, I am beyond tickled to find this thread!!! While my more recent (better…) work can be found in other threads I have started, I went to the model closet, where I believed I had saved, throughout many moves, all of my work from the 1980s, in original boxes…
My memory is that my favorite models were a Monogram ’69 Judge, built as a “mere” GTO, in a beautiful (Testors) factory dark brown. And a Super Bee in (Testors) Hemi Orange. Sadly, I can find neither…
I did find an MPC GTO, partly cloned into a ’72 Judge convertible. The air cleaner is scratch-built, and the “decal” is (obviously) hand painted. (Was Fred Cady making decals…??? If so, I didn’t know…)
