I was cleaning and found an old time slip
This was a bye run so some may not consider this much of anything but it made me curious.
What’s the best run you have ever made in bracket racing.
Closest to your dial in with a great reaction time.

Well, it wasn't bracket racing but just heads up at Speedworld in Orlando. This Z06 Vette's buddy's wanted him to race my WE4 Turbo T really bad so he arranged to line up next to me. This was my first time in the 11s and he couldn't believe he lost. As time went on this stock block 3.8 got into the 11.50s. But, this was my proudest win.

Its not uncommon for my car to go dead on with a 3 or 6, but my lights tend to average low 20s, this is my only perfect light I've ever had in 29 years of racing......I've had countless numbers of 001 002 003 on both sides of perfect

I ran a TOP DOG final years ago where I won heavy elim as it was called back then and then ran the super pro winner for top dog.
I was dialed 12.00 since no roll bar and since it was final I dumped my water out of my sprayer (that I kept in trunk) that I used to cool radiator and some guy said: "you might need that weight" I chuckled but really paid him no mind.
I line up with the dragster and end up cutting a .001 light but ran a 11.997 and lost....turns out the guy was right I need those 3 or so pounds of water weight.

All good tom that's an impressive et slip....give me hope I can get into the 9s myself........my best printed 1320 is only 10.60s, my 1.44 60 ft time should had been closer to mid 6.50s which is more like 10.40s. In better air I did pull a 1.42 which did ner me 6.52 660.......but the 60 should be more in mid 6.40 or low 10.20s.....my car just never seemed to top end right.

    Actually Tom
If my car ran those kind of numbers I would probably respond to just about any thread
“No I don’t have a console shifter for sale but check out my et!!” Lol

Please forgive me for asking this, as I don’t mean to hijack this thread, but curiosity is killing me. Tom: was that a back halved car? Your short time was incredible (not to mention the e.t.). What size tire?

Nope, small tire car. Factory wheel wells, factory Moog coil springs. 30 x10.5 tire
