Been there sold everything except I still have a 78 Malibu double frame rail car that's been parked for 3 plus years now. As soon as my buick is done that's next the 434 SBC with 3 stages is all freshened up just waiting for assembly. I have to put another bar in the car to re-certify the chassis for 7.50. Hopefully that will be done by the end of summer. Then up for sale hope to get that 8.30 or better time slip we were chasing.Pretty car though the last of the nitrous cars. Had some fast stuff 7.02 @ 191 was the best pass. That was 19 years ago. I'm 53 now and slowing down hate to get a physical to renew the license even. Big numbers on your Chevelle E-85 is the ticket. My friend Kevin has a similar 64 malibu with a F2 he should change to e-85 the Q16 is expensive to run on the street but it sure smells good. He's been 8.30's with that street car.

boost and e85 is the ticket, tuning bit more harder but worth it at the end. i also do love dragracing still but to have a team is hard..friday night party with beer you have 20people on your team, the actual morning you are alone try to get the car to a trailer.. :TU:

That's no joke. The "Good time Charlie's" all disappear when the time comes to work. And when you win, they are right there to drink your beer and celebrate. "I have dozens of friends and the fun never ends, that is as long as I'm buying!" At my age, I have enough good friends, so I deleted the "Charlies" numbers from my phone.

Now that is a sleeper. You could smoke rice burners with 5 passengers laughing at them. Beautiful car.

it has full original green 8 seat interior , it doesnt even have rpm-gauge.. only add is lambda gauge hidden inside the ashtray. This Sportwagon is shown on next local Amerikan Rauta - magazine , soon as it been published i can post more pictures taken from that photoshoot.

here is a video that show it coming from the show (8.37) , on the same video my chevelle is as well (5.48) .

That wagon is "famous". Still have the Z/24 as well? Keep us (as I'm sure you are keeping Roadkill) up on your progress. Any pics of current status?

I sold the z24 to a friend of mine which was a good idea because it ended up breaking the timing chain, broke valves and blew the head gaskets. I have some current pictures. So I don't hijack this tread I'll create one in the wagon section!

happy new year you all !
I have done some minor updates to the Sportwagon :D made it on sequental Efi and twin superchargers with intercooler just to make this game more interesting , still has original fuel tank but inside is 2x walbro 450 pumps and return line...
it will have the original hood with original color, but for test fitting i had this old fiberclass unit.

Holy cow!! For the record, I too am one that likes to see Buicks stay Buick powered. That said, there are exceptions to every rule. Your wagon is definitely one bad*ss exception!! A twin supercharged big block anything in a wagon is abso-freakin-lutely awesome no matter how you dice it. Very cool!!
