Rag joint ground wire

    Are there any rag joints replacements with the ground wire like the original off my 1970 gs 455.
    If not what is best way to remedy this.

    The ground is the thin brass/cooper washer thing. Post a picture, EBay has some, Hector also has some I would think.

    A short braided ground strap, or 14 AWG with two ring terminals will work. (if you cannot find the metal bridge)
    And this does not require disassembly, only removing the one bolt/nut.
    You simply bridge both parts of the joint flanges together.
    Keeping the "loop" as short as possible with a tiny bit of slack, but not enough to get snagged.
