Selling my 1964 Buick Skylark 2dr sport coupe, Factory HP 300/355 Wildcat (4 barrel power pack) engine, factory 4-speed, 2 owner, AACA senior/preservation.

Very rare car --One of 1954 2dr Sport Coupes produced in 1964 with Factory 4-speed. All Numbers matching engine/trans/frame/VIN tag. Probably the nicest 64 Skylark 4-speed car in existence. Strong running, fun to drive car. Everything works as should on the car.

Car underwent frame off restoration in mid 1990's. Stored in temp controlled garage ever since and driven less than 3000 miles since restoration. Painted with PPG acrylic lacquer. All NOS chrome used on car, including hubcaps; only exception being bumpers that were re-chromed. Car was purchased in 1993 from original owner that was friend of the family and AACA member who is still alive and living in VA.

So it’s a 2 owner car and have the original title & all paperwork from purchase in 1964!

I bet it is quick plus pretty lightweight w/alum heads intake. My HS GF had a '66 convertible w/a 300 2BBL & it moved pretty well. This would be a super fun car to own/drive/show.

I've been without a Buick for exactly 3 years now. This is the first time since I sold my '69 that I can't quit thinking about one. This one. A youtube type video of the engine running (with exhaust) and/or a test drive would certainly be a welcome addition to your advertisement.

Somebody step up and buy this PLEASE :) Anybody seen Ted???

This is my first attempt at posting on You tube...Volume sucks--Turn up you speakers to full blast!

Idle video from cell phone over you tube..Had to keep short due to size limits for posting. You can get an idea of the cam.....
This Car is the one of nicest 64's around with Factory 4Speed!

    spring1984.jpg

Not to hijack a thread (if anyone wants this deleted, I gladly will) but this a picture of my first car (1973 Gran Sport 455 Stage 1) with my brother's first car (1964 Skylark 300) in the back ground. Probably circa early spring 1984. His Skylark later became affectionately known as the "Creamsicle".

Very Very Nice 64 Skylark. I have viewed a number of 64 Buick's over the years and I'll say this is one of the nicest I have seen. Good luck with the sale!
