Can someone help with my 65 data plate. I believe it is a true GS, but missing it's original motor. It now has a 300 V8, automatic. Thanks for any and all help Ron
As Dano mentioned your photo didn't post but www.65gs.com is a great website with some excellent information, including this trim tag decoder for the '65 models: 1965-Buick-VIN-plate.pdf (65gs.com)
I see your car (in another post) has the full side trim. That wasn't installed on the GS, I suspect you have a regular Skylark, w/o Gran Sport option.
