Remove my dashboard on my 70 Skylark and the steel peg on one of the side edges pulled out. Has anyone repaired something like this. Wondering what epoxy I could use. Maybe somebody knows with the core material of the dashboard is made from.Considering calling 3M to see if they have a recommendation. Thanks

I can't see why JB Weld wouldn't work. Just make sure to let set up for a day.

Lubriplate on them and a Q-tip full inside the receiver and the top clips as well. The factory did these installs dry when they were new and shiny clean; 50 years later???? ws
