When I was in my early 20's my best friend bought a red '61 225 convertible. That was how I fell in love with Buicks. He sold it to a guy in Columbus Georgia but I can't remember his name. This guy poured tons of money into it and took it to the Buick Nationals in the mid '90's. He sayid he almost won but had incorrect carpet. He put correct carpet in and took it back to the Nationals the following year but still did not win. He passed away some years back and left it to a family member in Columbus, GA. Anybody remember the car or maybe even know where it might be? ray: It sure was beautiful.
I talked to my buddy and he is going to try to dig up the VIN. The guy who showed the car in the early-mid 90's was named C.L. Bredwell. He was a retired Judge from Columbus GA.
