I need another one. Sending you an email today.
Maybe I should get one to help the inspiration on my 350 4-sp car.
Mike did a great job on my 62 skylark window sticker I attached it with suction cups to my side window.
My car is on the stage 1 registry. Is that enough, has all the codes.
do they have a registry for all survivors...my 62 skylark is rare and all original in pristine condition
A copy of the option codes, dealer codes from the Stage 1 registry is all I would need. Along with the VIN, body number and trim code. Email the info to me at firstname.lastname@example.org
The Stage 1 registry is only for GS Stage 1 cars.
I am sending my info.
My car is also on the registry but another guy had owned it before me !!!
Can you do a window sticker or build sheet to look like one from GM of Canada? I would like to do a sheet for my 66'.
I do not reproduce build sheets so I can't help you with that.
As for GM Canada, I have never seen a GM Canada window sticker, I know the prices were different since I have a few Canadian price lists but I have no idea what the window sticker format looked like. I have read that GM Canada removed the factory window stickers from US cars and replaced it with their own standard form that was common with all divisions. I have a copy of one for a corvette but I do not know if that is what was actually done or when they started doing it. I don't know what they did for Canadian built/sold cars.
I have a few window stickers from cars imported into the US from Canada and they used the same format as the US stickers.
1966 is one of the years that I have a GM Canada price list for.
Here is mine you've made me about 15-16 years ago , lot of peoples still looking at it at shows ! It's a very cool thing to have !
If you can do a kind of message with infos that I could share on my forum in Quebec (in french) I'll be please to give you a push
Mike, Do you want/need copies of orig. window stickers (Buick &/or other makes)? I see them w/cars for sale online from time to time (e.g. the Teal Mist Skylark that sold on BAT recently) and always wonder if it would help you but figured you probably have all the info. I might have even saves a couple of pics.
Can you (or do you ) ever made a kinda list of the models and years that you cover with some infos you needed (and the price) that I could pass on my French Canadian Forum ... just in case some owner would like to have theirs done ?
You can pm me or here
Most of the info you asked for is in the first post of this thread. I can typically make a sticker for any model Buick between 1959-1976.
If the Sloan or GS Historical data is not available I will need the following (for all years);
Interior code or style.
Body color for 71 and up cars.
Vinyl top (color needed for 71 and up)
Selling dealer name/city/state
List of options.
I can work with you to determine what options your car has typically by using a dealer wholesale order form.
I appreciate you passing my info on to others that may be interested.
Still available, see post 1 for ordering information.
Mike’s the best if you need window a sticker. I suggest you pay a few extra dollars and ask him to “age” it for you. They look mint!
