Any one have a single truss support rod for this car or attachment bracket s. Trying to come up with something that I can use. Now I just have single rod but no brackets. Crossbrace I think it's called

If you’re talking about the “X” rods that’s in front of the radiator; they’re only on the GS model( unless I’m mistaken)

68 69 convertibles had them. I dont think GS hardtop cars in 68 69 had them.

I've seen some original 69s that didnt have them. Idk if they were on hardtop cars but they were on convertibles.

I have a pair if you need any measurements. They're not for sale. I'm still curious as if they came on 68 69 GS hart top cars. Maybe Brad can chime in on if the 69 Motion car had them. I've parted out several 68 69 GS hardtops and none of them had the rods, all the 68 69 skylark convertibles I've parted out did have them.

Thanks lets have the measures. The little brackets that attach to frame horns? Have you one to spare?

After I bent homemade rod my co-worker tweaked it again plus flattened the ends after beating+ heating. I assumed the rods were different.Consequently the rods intersect+ a lot of tension on them.Like spokes on a wheel IMG_20210123_140917.jpg

Hammond ind. Between Chicago and gary.. If you dig parts up put my name on them. Next project is disc brake upgrade. So far only have spindles complete. In fact I have been advised to add disc M/C to drum brake car in advance of swap. I am looking for proportion valve+ hold off valve. Good luck

Well, I didn't even get a cell phone until less than 10 years ago. Access? HA HA HA! I'm still on the flip phone... I don't need ANY more distractions...
