I've been around since the early days of this site, and only recently I can't get in regularly. Seems somewhat better early in the day with fewer members on-any ideas?-thanks
I haven't had any problems like that at all. I doubt the # of members logged on would have anything to do with it. Our #'s at any given time aren't terribly high, less than 200. Once in a while I'll get a "page not found" message, randomly, on the board, but just hit the Back button on the browser, then try again, and it works fine.
Dan, Clear all the temp internet files out of your computer.. at times, your computer may be referring to a bad cookie.. This should help. JW
can't get in I'm a new member to this site, and have also had problems accessing the forums. When I first registered, no problems. Now it seems that more times than not I cannot get to a site. Logging in is no problem. I begin to search thru the sites , and then it begins "web site not responding". I have to log out and try again the next day. It seems it's been happening more lately, than ever before. If I visit another Buick site, no problems. Is it me, or what? Kinda makes it aggrivating if you try to get in on the ground floor of a for sale ad. Tom :rant:
