There are some detailed pics of my Buick original in this thread here that may help.

There are holes 180% apart at the out side corner of the upper pad mount. And by memory there is a hole in the passengers side wire loom protector. Don't remember what the drivers side was attached to. Will look in the next couple days. I do know the springs (and everything for that matter) matched identically between my scoop/airpan and what was on car #4085 that is now on the J/B car.
I'll try and get some close ups of that...

Pretty sure there is a pre drilled hole on the throttle cable bracket. then on the right side a hook made from a 3/8 hole ring terminal bolted to the B4B 3/8 threaded boss.

That helps very much. On your glass hood with Kenne-Bell scoop whose hood ( mfg. ) is that?

On my GSX drag car? Don't really know. Bought it from Tom Rix. It's the one that is always longer on the left side and shorter on the right side. Fricken aftermarket can never get it right.

Direct copy is a phone call away from TA , iirc, Mike had to have another mold made but it was copied from the original KB mold that was too damaged to be used anymore,..iirc

Did not know. I have the one that most people have. Can’t remember who the maker is. Will the mounting be the same? Probably not. Not a big fan of the one I got. Looks
    To high.

Get the TA version. The Poston mounts with tabs and sometimes has a concave top lip which looks like crap. The TA has that slight upward curvature just like the original Buick steal one.

Looks awesome. I plan to add one to my 69 skylark soon. I will order the scoop from t/a but where are you guys getting the filter housing?

Also what do you guys do if you get caught in the rain? Thanks

I made a dense foam "plug" that I keep in the trunk. If it starts raining I just plug the hole.
