Installed sniper on my 67 GS California and still set-up with the stock throttle set up. Anybody done a change over from rod to cable and still use the stock accelerator pedal?

If I were you guys, I would obtain a 68 and up gas pedal assembly. It bolts to the firewall from the inside. You would just need to get the positioning right, and maybe reinforce the area a bit. Once you did that, you could use a cable and bracket.

This is the Chevelle Reproduction, somewhat different than the Buick.

I bet it would be pretty easy to find a pedal assembly used. I'd contact BrunoD. I bet he has a whole box of them.:D

How many 455 pedal assemblies do you have?

I ended up using the lokar pedal for a 67 chevelle and everything bolted right in like the factory stuff.
