Well we have a buyer for our house, and found a REALLY nice house that we're putting an offer on. thanks for your prayers in this, and please pray that things go smooth. Not all the paperwork is done by our buyers, so I'm alittle concerned about that. Jason

UPDATE: OK, here's the skinny, It may get complecated. We have folks who want to buy our house. They are having some issues with the folks who are buying thier house. Apperently there were some windows broken. The inspector said they had to be replaced do to them being double pane glass. The company that made the windows is out of business, and they were getting high estemates to make custom windows. I let them know of a place that will custom fix the panes and re-seal them so they are like new. The buyers appearently did not get this. I have a feeling that they are either of a different nationality and there's a barrier there, or that they are trying to get all new windows. They are having the inspector come out today to look at the quote and determine if it is suitable for them to repair the window throught this company. If the inspector OKs it then I think all should be good. If it does pan out I'll update tonight or tomorrow. In the mean time pray for my sanity. Also if things pan out, I'll post some pics of the place I'm gonna offer on. I hope that goes smoother.
It sold.:beer Thanks everyone. Things really fell together yesterday, and things worked out OK. We sold the house and made an offer on this other one.
