Working on my nephews 72 GS 350, and we can not find the wheel cylinder shown. The hard part is all the ones we can find, the the feature that locates it in the backing plate is round, and the ones on the car are "D" shaped. Any help in locating these would be appreciated
Even the AC Delco on Rock Auto aren't what you're looking for. Rock auto does have rebuild kits for your old ones if they're not pitted too bad.
Thats what I would do. Hone them out and get rebuild kits. As Phil said, if the bore is smooth your good to go

FWIW the backing plates from the Olds VC use 2 1/2 inch brake shoes & drums. I have NO idea if the standard shoes & drums will work... This is a pic of the OVC plate that I have
The RA ones show a "staggered" mount pattern. If your cores aren't rebuildable, I have a pile of W Texas / NM front drum brake cores, loaded. Backing plate, spindles, cylinders, hardware, drums. Can look through them and see if any are Buick. But yes, I'd take the advice of mr. Cook and rebuild the original Delco Moraines before going Chinesium.
