I will probably stay in Rusk. Dee's house is about 30 miles NNW of the track, (the wrong direction for Austin travelers), and I don't know how festive I will be at 1:00 AM anyway. If the racing goes to 12:00 or so, that is.

With our luck, we'll be BBQ'n in the rain at 400 in the afternoon after the race is cancelled.

Okay, not sure if that's going to show up correctly.

Basically take Hwy 69 north out of Rusk to Jacksonville to Hwy 175 west. 175 to FM 855 to FM 346 to my subdivision.

Already have 5-6 people confirmed staying IN the house. Tents, pop-ups, jet-ski's, boats are all welcome. Right next to the boat ramp. Should have enough parking and camping area for everyone, unless it rains and then it becomes kind of soggy for parking.

    Will post more info. tomorrow.

Have to make reservations to stay in the house or tent/camper camp.

House is about 1,200 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bath. I have one bedroom and Rick and Erin have called for the other bedroom.

Okay, guess I'm going to have to change the BB&B (Bed, Breakfast & Buicks) back to just a B&B (Bed & Buicks) since I'm not much of a cook.

I'll have plenty of coffee. If anyone wants to cook, put stuff in the 'fridge, warm up stuff, that's fine.

No fast food anywhere near the house though so you've got to bring your own since Frank isn't going to bring his cooker to the house. Bad Frank!!!!

I'll be there from Friday to Monday morning if anyone wants to stick around and enjoy the lake on Sunday.

Phil may tow the grill for me anyway, (I plan to trailer the GN) and if he does, everyone is welcome to use it... and besides, I'll cook as always at the track.

I enjoy standing around Frank's big grill while I drink beer for some reason. Maybe it's because everyone else is standing around it drinking beer too. :beer

Just seems to add an ambiance to the event. :Brow:

We might need it depending on if everyone is leaving first thing Sunday morning or if they plan on staying around on Sunday. If anyone wants to cook out, etc. and want to bring food/drinks, I've got a regular size 'fridge and a bar size 'fridge. I just don't have a 'rita machine like Rob and Tammy have. If they want to bring it, that would be great!!!
