    Casey:

Thanks for the reminder of the pit bike. I've been meaning to put a longer seat post on the Schwinn Stingray. Actually at my age, I probably should be looking for a tricycle with a rack to carry my 2 piece knock down shuffleboard pole. "Have stick, will travel"..........long as it's not too far.

Was out back mowing my tall grass and guess what? I found an Oldsmobile! Forgot about that 79 Hurst out back! Thank god it wasn't a Chevy, hate to be confused with being a redneck. :bglasses:

    BTW, anyone want it?

I was just wondering, how many small blocks will be at Martin for me to trample on with my little pony. Maybe I'll just whop-up-on big blocks all weekend.

Taking the Ramrod over to a WCSX Classic Cruise at the Cadillac dealer in Brighton tonight. Hasn't been washed since Stanton, guess i'd better get at it. Going with my neighbor in his 40 Chev fat fender street rod (396/375 BBC engine). Neat car. He's just finishing his 3rd total rebuild of the car since he pulled it out of a junkyard (literally) in 1978. Added Power windows and seats this time as well as a complete refresh and new paint. Will post a pic.

I talked with Stroker last night. OEM, you had better bring your wood screws with you because he is going to blow your door clean off! (Best line from the movie 'Dazed and Confused') :moonu: He mentioned something about 4.56 gears, doesn't come alive until 5000 and shifting at about something short of the moon! :Brow: I have a good feeling I will be seeing the a$$ end of a pony running around me! :Dou:

as long as that pony is a few ticks slower than the Red Vette........I'd hate to have a Ford at the top of the small block food chain :moonu:

Stroker left the Vette for the Mustang because he says Vette's aren't Muscle

    Cars.

    No really........he said it.

Sure, he might have said it, but how mentally stable is a guy who trades a Vette for a FoMoCo product, anyways.......

351 Cleveland is NO way a small block

I know of a .060 over 350 Chevy in a 3300# 300 Deluxe that he is going to
    have trouble getting around.
Car was last seen at Osceola with air under the left front with a 1.81 60ft :eek2: As far as E.T., well let's just see what happen's at Martin :Smarty:
A lightweight car is a magical thing, doesn't need ton's of power to do the
job, just an efficient motor in a light car,and everything just work's well
    together.
