Re: Denmark caling Welcome to v8buick from Tim in Arizona, USA. You are posting in the right place. Also in the bench is fine too. For you Diff question, board member "monzaz" is the expert. There are others, i'm sure. Disk brakes, (or disc, both spellings are fine) Look for a u.s. company called "scarebird" I'm not sure they have stuff for your Wildcat. But it won't hurt to look. I'm not sure about the inner fender seal. Maybe Oldbuickparts.com ?? Check with board member "Topcat" He may have a nice set to sell. Or know where to get New? Also Topcat may know about the "clock" in the dash. (watch) You can install an aftermarket water temp. gauge. It will be better then the red light in the dash. 455 valve cover should fit on the 430 heads. I hope this helps. Welcome To v8!! Tim

You will have to find a used one . They are not reproduced. Answer: Your drum bakes will do a good job if they are up to specification. Most stopping power, maybe 80%, is through the front brakes. If I made a change to disc brakes I would just change the front brakes. 3: The “cardboard” between the front fenders and the motor (the one that covers the suspension), where can I by that?? (I think it is called A-arm seal). Answer: These are readily available for A bodies. Your car is a B Body. I am not sure if they use the same size but someone here will know. Answer: Used lens or NOS may be you only option. You can polish out scratches. 5: I am also looking for a watch (the one in the dashboard) for my mates 68 ffice:smarttags" />Riviera, any suggestions Answer: Post a picture in the parted wanted section for this and the othere items.
Re: Denmark caling Wasn't the 68 clock a one year only? (the knob to adjust in the upper right corner?) He might take it out first and try to fix it. I got a broken spare one with my 68 Wildcat, but that one is running now. (the car will arrive here October 2 :bglasses: )

Here is a little update of my Buick project: Regarding the Posi and disc ideas I had they are now mothballed, due to lack of parts (damm it's difficult to source a posi for my baby, but please let me know if any of you board members hears about one up for grabs.ray: Also NO luck with the "A arm seals" o No: Now to the happier part of the project, i managed to find a manufacture the will refurb my taillights and update them to led WEEEE, but do any of you out there have any experience with this company? Damm unable to insert link, plz pm me for the link. The clock is also in the bag:TU: , was so lucky to find it on Ebay, expensive but wtf. Engine wise: I have replaced the valve lifters, with great result i might ad, and mounted a Edelbrock inlet manifold, now the cat is very close to a proper wildcat, that worked wonders regarding power.:Brow: But my Qjet is in bad shape, is there a overhaul kit on the marked, or even better is there a shop that cloud do it for me, any input appreciated. Re: Denmark caling Do you mean the metal fender skirts that partially cover the rear wheels? or Do you mean cardboard used to line the inside of the trunk?
Will try to make a few photos tomorrow. Have the card board in the trunk, but not installed. Probably will use those as a template to make new ones, for they're bend and ripped is several places.

If you send your carb to TechG8 (Everyday performance) He will do an awsome job of rebuilding and modifing your carb to run at its best. He did mine and it is really strong. Price was right also.

I think the cardboard in of my Cat is restorable. However they are available on eBay for a 67/68 Wildcat.
