After much wrangling, a decision has been made to pass along my "Work In Progress" to someone who'll give it it's proper due. As an aside, whoever wins this auction had better bring along an empty pick-up truck because EVERYTHING I've collected over the last 15-20 years is going with this car. NOS, OEM or otherwise and there's a lot of stuff. 72 Stage 1 4-speed
Thanks Scott. Someone is going to get a good deal and a lot of nice parts, most importantly the OEM Stage 1 goodies I was lucky enough to have acquired over the years. This auction should be fun.
No reserve? I love it!!! I commend you for letting it fly without a reserve, and just may have to get in on the fun! :TU: Good luck Brett! :beer
What are you hoping to get? What would it take if someone wanted to make a deal outside of eBay? PM me if you prefer to keep it private.
If that isnt the understatement of the year. It would sure look good parked next to my Aquamist car. :Brow:
What's the issue, Carl? This auction will run until it's complete. I hope that clears up any confusion.
What's not fair? Why can't you bid on it? It's a no reserve auction, which is a very fair way to sell the car to the highest bidder. Especially since it's not a private listing. :TU:
Asking him to deal outside of Ebay is what I was referring to. The vehicle is for sale on Ebay and it should go to the highest bidder.
Nice car, wish I had the cash, I'd even let you visit her on the other side of the state if I could buy it . Putting it out there as no reserve, big chance on your part, but it looks like you are going to get a good price, 12 bidders & 21 bids so far. Good luck. :TU:
John, I didn't really have a realistic "number" in my head so I said, why not? So far, it looks like there's some interest and Bill should be able to bid.
