Well, I washed the bugs off the Ford, so it stays home. i will be there though.

it runs and drives so not a static display. Make sure you talk to Jacob and what he has been doing in Flint with the cars at the Museum!

 

Sadly, I had to cancel out today, the Ramrod appears to have lost the rear main seal and dumped a lot of oil while idling in the driveway. Not going to even attempt to address it before the winter. Hasn't been a good year for my cars after the problem with the 66 at Stanton.

Decided to put the covers on both of them for the winter and get busy on the red 68.


Have fun, will have both running next year. Maybe find that half second I lost in the last rebuild. Found a broken rocker and a loose throttle lever on the 66, so maybe a little more there, too.

 

So, I guess you are now free to sit in a lawchair with your Pure Stock buddies all weekend :Brow:

 

Hahaha...that is really tempting....but right now, all I want to do is put both of these bad boys out back, and think about it when the weather breaks....and this is Michigan...
