You can get a new 5335 shifter handle from the Parts Place. They are very nice. Not 100% correct in appearance,but for what you are doing,it will be fine. The switches and harness are available new. The repop hump that is available is a mid-60’s Chevelle hump. It will work if you enlarge the opening and massage it a little. If you are swapping from a TH350 to a small output Muncie 4-speed,then your driveshaft will be identical. If you swap from a TH400 to a large output Muncie,your driveshaft will also be identical,but your crossmember will come forward and you can either get the correct e-brake cables,or get creative with you cable routing. The 4-speed cars used the same front and intermediate cables as the TH350. You will also need a longer speedo cable to reach around to the passenger side. I have a NAPA number that works.
