For my friends on here. 2 months ago I had 4grand in my hand. my baby girl was 2 months and I had to return to my job in 3 weeks because my baby bonding time was about to end. I sat and thought and sat some more and thought some more. You see thinking alot, you start to reveal things, things you never think of when your work working 13hour days and on the go go go. I even cried, I would look into the sky and ask "how can I make money for my self, what can I do, what am I good at. One thing lead to another, one street would close and another would open up. At the time I was going to put the majority of the cash into my wagon because like some of you know these old fast cars really do fill a void, but then I would be back in the rat race. I remember reading that in 2019 consumers spent the most money on thier house, cars and food. I started with that and eventually It came to me to start a pressure washing exterior Cleaning service. So I spent nights researching and asking questions. I put those 4k into marketing material , an industrial power washer, and instustrial equipment some used some brand new. I took my Silverado and build the bed up to be a work truck which I have finished and quite proud of. I got uniforms made, business insurance and the most I could with the 4k with out using a credit card. I went out this week as my first week and made money my 1st day out at business. I haven't been on here for that reason. I'm a little late to the party at 34 but I feel every single life experience had molded me for success and I'm ready for the kill. Your friend Ronnie.
Go for it Ronnie. Bull by the horns, hang on tight, your work ethic should pull ya through... As a self-employed person, I will suggest, getting a good tax preparer, one who has no problems with being as dishonest as legally allowed. IRS hates the self employed , probably cause your a person, not just another number, and it's harder for them to put their finger on you...Best of luck Ronnie. Jim
Good luck with your new enterprise. You made a good decision to put the Buick on hold. It will still be there when your success brings it back to the front burner.
Thank you guys I had to let you guys know, it's like you guys are my distant uncle's. Appreciate it. Bull by the horns like Jim said.
Jobs are a dime a dozen. You can always go get one. Keep moving forward and make your dreams happen. Nothing is more important then you health and your family!
Nothing ventured, nothing gained! Congratulations Ronnie. Our Buicks are our hobby, not our livelihood ( in 99.99% of cases). You'll prosper!
Congratulations Ronnie! I too quit my job, built my own company with my own funds with no backup plan and the first year was a rocky one but I pushed on and business is booming. You will succeed just keep your focus my friend. As for the buicks they'll have their turn! Cheers to you Ronnie
