    Ouch. That's not good...

Tell you what. I will never pay good money for Any car without seeing photographic proof of work done.

Please no, not for you, lol.........I think I can bring it back to it’s glory if I can get
It at a reasonable price. I believe it has really a lot of issues from what I have heard and even in the photos it looks like really bad body and paint work, seeing it in person will reveal just how bad.

But you know what?! I would burn the tires off of that thing every weekend until there was no rubber left! Not really that attached to what it looks like as much as I am what it can do for me as a therapeutic answer to my problems!

I had a 73 which I grafted 1970 GS hood scoops into and made a functional ram air system. I put a 200r4 trans in it and added a rear spoiler. I had a riot with that thing! I also put splitter tip dual exhaust on it but… That’s just me

Lol, Believe me I get it. My first restoration was a 73, always wanted another plus the 4 speed and there are so few chances I can afford, this may be a good chance at one I can afford and good enough to have something to start with instead of junkyard pieces,......make it glorious again.

The one I saw was at the Holiday Inn at BG, it had the license plate one of seven!
It had a white interior that I remember & I think it was a 4-spd?

I saw one for sale at the Charlotte Auto Fair several years ago. It was a black/ black Stage 1 4 speed. And if I remember correctly, it was unrestored and in decent shape. Could be the same car. I have pictures of it somewhere...

I owned the car for 15 years and sold it almost 3 or 4 years ago. The second owner after me tried to sell it and it took two years for him to find someone to buy it. The car is a bondo queen. I made it look good (10 footer) fixing it up a few times over the years. My best friend did a $2,000 paint job around 4+ years ago. (already cracking around rear windows again when I sold it) Roofing tar coating the chassis and trunk. (check under the cardboard or whatever he put in the trunk.) Inner rear wheel wells rotted out and filled with newpaper and roofing tar. Roof is all rotted out (lot of very big holes) and patched with bondo and fiberglass under the new vinyl. Bondo all around the back side windows, rear window and quarter panels. Floor panels in the front rotted and weak. All the interior plastic pieces rotted out (crumbling and holes) and covered/wrapped in vinyl. 2 1/2 inch exhaust with the pipes crushed down almost flat to go over the rear axles. Car was originally Harvest Gold with a white bucket interior. Was painted Black with Black dyed interior when I bought in in 2003. (All 73's with buckets had a white interior) Car has over 200,000 miles (maybe 300,000). No matching #'s. I would suggest taking a good look/inspection before thinking about buying it and not without seeing what it really is. Good luck.
This car will need a donor car if you want to make it more than a bondo queen driver. It will then be a clone/VIN swapped (Illegal) tribute car and cost a fortune more than it's worth to do. I sold it because I didn't want to go that way spend the money etc. and VIN swap clone it. I had at the time I sold it a 50,000 mile original Century 350 with a white bucket seat interior car to use as a donor. Glad I sold it and have kept the 3 great award winning 1973's out of the 6 I once had. The donor car was parted out for my stash of spare parts. What was left of the body with the chassis was given to a friend who has a four speed Stage1 rust rotted out car (original owner), My Yellow racer was sold to a good friend. The Black car is a decent 10 or 20 footer driver and that's all. I will not say anything more, I said enough! Buyer Beware!
