Sorry no pics. But made a whole Chicken on the charcoal last night. Beer can style but no beer. Have a "holder" that stands the Chicken with a reservoir that you can put any kind of liquid in. Filled the cavity with sliced red apple and used Lime-Aid as the liquid. Turned out awesome.
It does! The smell of burned rubber is almost as good as the smell of charcoaled steak. maybe even better!
When we were basically kids at the local drags my buddy Ray & would go up to the line to smell the burnt rubber and the Nitro fumes as well haha
Believe it or not, I was part of the bone fish operation at its beginning. Their secret seasoning is that exact Greek seasoning!
EVERYTHING PLUS +++ My pal from Dwight, Richie, loves to cook; and he's great and inventive! Two years ago he turned me on to Cavenders and now its always in use. A few other things are BLACK GOLD roasted garlic. Theres 2 bulbs in the package and it spreads like butter. One clove on a tilapia filet and cook away. Melts into the fish. Only drawback is its 10.00 for a 2 pack. Not that Im a ketchup fan, but this stuff is the BOMB! Gotta look on the bottom shelf at the store. Its made in POLAND and has a "zip" to it for sure!... Goes great with Horsey Sauce too! Whew!! ws https://78brand.com/
I like to eat healthy. Not all the time, I like a steak or rack of ribs every so often. One of my favorite dishes is this concoction I make up. Plum tomatoes, black olives, avocado, cucumber, and tuna mixed with some chick pea pasta, and Italian dressing.
I just stumbled onto this thread. Plenty of excellent ideas you guys have provided. Being an unrestricted free agent means doing all my own food prep. I use a propane BBQ since I don't have a deck to use charcoal. I'll BBQ year round in my garage with the big door open. My recent works have simply been Italian sausage on the grill. Have to attempt chicken again one day. Been learning more about using a slow cooker. Hard to beat waking up to some fantastic aromas. Oh yea, I'm a master with my rice cooker.
Here's a tasty meal from 2015. BBQ'd elk steak, oven baked potato, steamed broccoli and cauliflower, and some grape tomatoes. I was very hungry that night.
I shouldn't be going thru this thread so late. Making me hungry. I weighed the same from 18 years old. Met my girl... 25+ added pounds. My girl cooks crazy every single day. I am so thankful and lucky.
