WIthout mufflers prefered but if ya wanna puss out its ok with me. That house was built the year before I built mine. The lot back then was 29K. Only the elderly couple ever lived in it... and 5+ little yapping dogs. I doubt the kids of the owner are going to do any remodel or updates prior to sale. I offered to buy the back 5 acres but the kids didint wanna mess with it. Offered 20K cash. It is a deed restricted and dues are $125 a yr. HOA is laid back especially in this phase of the hood. My taxes on all that I have here is 2500$.. Id love to prescreen my neighbors. Got lucky when the 2 on the othe rside of my place changed hands a few years ago. This is the launch pad at the end of the road. Plenty of time to shut down before the driveway.
I pay that much in taxes here in Ohio on a 150k home with just a single city lot............ Something tells as easy on the eyes the realtor is, I but she is only fun for a few nights, looks too high to maintain for the long run
A nice looking young woman. I hate to be the resident cynic, but here in SW Florida almost all of the female real estate agents post a photo that was taken 20 years ago.
Here in Central FL, Osceola County, that house on 10 acres 5 years ago would have been about that, maybe high $200's, now, 600k - 1m. Between northerners moving south, and southerners, (Palm Beach and Dade County) moving North, it is getting crazy here.
