    Looking a little deeper at their website, it appears that they rent cars to movie production companies.

    If you zoom into the sign posted above you will see it says picturewarehouse.com

    Yes, but like I wrote, that Streetview image is from June 2017.
    So they changed their URL from .com to .net
    Maybe the costs to use that .com URL from someone were too high for their liking.

    Generally there is no difference in price for registering a .com vs a .net. And they already had the .com registered?

    I am suspicious. But that's my nature.

    No, you can hire an URL from the person that registered that URL before you did. Or simply buy it.

    Maybe they even hired it with the complete website ready for publication. And decided later on that building their own website with a .net URL was way cheaper.
