Will these work for a 66?

I believe so but you better search or ask here on the board to make sure.

Yes, good for any 64-67 to swap in a 400/430/455- BUT - you need to find some original 67 400 rubber mounts in any condition. They are the only mounts that will work with these frame pads to my knowledge. I think Steele Rubber may have the mold to revulcanize a set of original 67 rubber mounts - a one year only part.

I am actually running a 67 GS400 mount on the pass side and a TA 64-67 mount on driver's side. Stock 455 rubber mounts both sides. There is mod you can do to the rubber mount, but I'm not exactly sure what it is. Lol

When my car was being put back together at Mike Garrison's body shop, he had some issue with the TA frame mounts that I don't remember what it was, but he put on the passenger side 67 GS400 frame mount that he had(couldn't find the drivers side, lol) and he did something to the 455 stock rubber mount(I think he trimmed part of it to clear the frame mount). Not sure exactly.

Maybe I'll see if he can stop in here and reply with what he did to make it work.

It’s not hard to make the 70s ones fit the 67 mounts.

I'm curious about the mods needed to make the 68-72 rubber mounts fit. I vividly recall buying a set back in 1984 to mate with the 67 frame mounts and, as I recall, the 455 rubber mounts are thicker, and the motor would not drop only the frame mounts far enough down to bolt them together. I have a used set of 67 mounts on the shelf if anyone needs photos.
