Looks like maybe 1000 hp may be too much for a stock block even with a tall fill and a girdle. pulled the top end off and found scuffing in the bores and weird pitting on the tops of the pistons. this engine only has dyno time and a small amount of street driving. Scuffing evenly spaced around the bore Pitting in center and around bottom edges
