way to go COPO Pete BTW, this happened 9/2 at the Super Car reunion...... http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/156557/page/0/fpart/all/vc/1
I saw the tread on the Yenko board, but I failed to see how fast JJ was shuffling his boots! :3gears:
I think ole J.J. was slipping and sliding his way to 11.83 He mumbled something about more Lablatts in the trunk for Stanton. :beer
I think he might 'o got him one of them thar Spetzman cams!  Really though, good job Pete!
Brian, are you sure you want to bring up what cams these guy`s are running? I prefer to use a local cam company myself. :Smarty: The big question is: Who`s gonna be the first to certify a car and than run 11`s before taking the car home. I`m sure most of the cars are on the "up & up", but without doing it the same weekend there will always be a reasonable doubt that the car "could have" been tinkered with. However doubtful, it is a possibility. I believe Dan thought the same thing and that`s why the cars certification only last for the one event. Good luck to everybody next weekend, I`ll see you there. :TU:
way to go pete congrats Pete ,the big block chevy finally sneaked into the 11's.I knew it was just a matter of time.Chris Teed,FS 68 nova ss 396/375 ;4-speed and 4;10 gear coming soon
Yep, a behind the scenes inside joke. I prefer local companies too! :TU: If I know Pete, he'll pull out his shaft and compare it to any one elses! Wait...that didn't come out right!
