Don is this a replacement the date looks to be either Jan of 69 or Jan of 79 . I think this is correct for stage 1 in 1970 I guess an early car if its built Jan of 69? Seems awful early for a 70
"9A16" decodes as January 16, 1969, so it would be correct for a Late January-Early February built 1969 Buick. Duane
