Running a re worked 1050 with new metering plates/ blocks. The chassis dyno guy said I could use more carb. Do you think it would be to much and or have to set up another dyno session?
How many cubes? I was going to use on my Jag (3100 lbs, Stage 1) but more often than not I run a throttle stop so makes no sense to have 1150. On BQUICK at 3700 and Stage 2 it went a little quicker but car is kinda heavy and motor is old so not needed. I figure I'll try to sell the 1150 while it is basically new. Also this is the 3 circuit, annular booster, without power valve that is the one to run. Just like people like the 9375, this is the 1150 version of that one. People think it is for dual quad applications only but jetted up it works great on single 4 apps. But not a lot of people know that hence kinda hard to sell....but people in the know.....know.
Its 455 .038 over. Solid roller 660 lift. 1.71 rockers. SP2 manifold and S3 heads. open header exhaust. The power falls off above 5800 and that could be lack of fuel.
I'd say with that big cam, plus 1.7 rockers and Stage 3 heads you could use it. It picked mine up with only .580 cam and Stage 2 heads
Im about to take off for a week on our vacation to Az. If you still have it after I get back (depending on how much money I spend) maybe we can reach a deal
I will take that carb, need a second to test the new Wildcat heads here later this spring.. add one of your great diffusers ( I still have the one that I tested for you a while back) and shipping and send me a price, and how you want the $$. I spoke with Briz and he is fine with it.. Shipping to 55063 Thanks JW
