Due to the acquisition of new projects, have decided to sell my 1953 Buick Special Convertible. It will need some floor pans and the rear part of the inner rockers, but otherwise is pretty solid.

The body work was done and the car painted about 15 years ago. It then sat in a shop for quite a while and got dented and oversprayed. Needs the paint and body again.

The car has been subframed with a 70's Camaro subframe, so it has power steering and power disc brakes. The subframe was done very nicely.

While it is set up for a Chevy 350/Turbo 350 combo, I was starting to adapt a 401/Dynaflow into it.

I think all of the convertible parts are there with the exception of one bracket at the rear of the convertible top frame. Additionally, it has all of the stainless with the exception of the hockey stick on the driver's side (If I remember right.)

I was going to do this car, but got sidetracked by a 1950 and now a 1926 Cadillac. I don't think I'll ever have time to do it.

Can't seem to figure out to upload a picture right now, but look at the picture next to my name.

    $6,500 obo
