Hi, I just recently bought a 54 Super 4 door sedan. It's a painfully original car which has been in this area its whole life, in fact the original selling dealer is still in business. Original color is some kind of dark blue and some spots appear to have been touched up years back. It's been parked since 1973 and with some plugs and a carb rebuild later it runs like a sewing machine! :TU: Its got the original 322 and that damned cursed Dynaflow which seems to work but leak noticeably. It also strangely has a power seat (with massive heater underneath), dual grit hoppers in the trunk for improved winter traction and some other wierd features (like stupid barely-functioning vacuum wipers, hell my basic 54 Bugs had electric ones and those cars cost a fraction of what a Buick went for!!). Anyways here are some pics of the car, it needs rockers and a patch in the trunk as well as the driver's front quarter pan section.. Oh by the way does anyone know how to unjam the speedo- it's reading 120mph constantly..!? Where I found it Getting there! 120 Even when standing still, damn thats a fast ride!! A dire warning! Now moving under its own power, stopping too.
