That won't last long at that price.
Hope the underside isn't swiss cheese !

I think this one has a custom interior, I'm sure one of the experts will chime in...

Not an expert, but it looks like the interior in the original brochure.
By the way: pretty rare car, one of only 3953 built for model year 1961.

Thanks Erik, I see that Invicta does actually have pleats. OK, that answers that; so it's been redone. It's got screws visible all the way up the front of the door panel, and they never used to do that. There were usually 3-4 screws on the bottom, one on each corner and then one or two in between them on the lower part.
At any rate, it's a very pretty looking car, and at that price it will not last long as long as it isn't completely rotten and full of mud. So that begs the next question; is this a scam ad?

To me, it looks like the interior has been redone to look close to the original, but is not quite the same as original.

Ad and car look legit to me.

I also see those screws in this photo of another 1961 Invicta, this time a 4-drs sedan:

Anyway, it's a nice car, not overpriced because it's a convertible.

If you click the high res version of the above photo and look at the other door panel photos, they are pleats you are seeing, not screws. there is a screw at the bottom of the door panel, as expected.
