Here is a project sport wagon. I'm sure this isn't what your looking for but I figured I would throw it out there. I bought this car from fellow V8 member. I drove it from Nebraska to Illinois but would not consider it am driver veh. This car needs some work. Fluids leak etc. The roof has some rust on the inner. It is mostly complete (missing luggage rack)and pretty solid for the most part. The car is a 2 barrel 300 CI -auto. I have a 65 Sportwagon that I'm having trouble getting time to finish. I'm thinking of selling. I have started to install and collect parts for 85 GN turbo V6 with the matching trany. Some photos are in the wagon thread at this site. If this intreast you let me know. Dale

Thanks Mike i have already contacted Robert and hopefull can make a deal on it one thing that worres me is the salvage title. Did you also look at Jakes 64 wagon ( metalic blue ) a year ago or so ?? what was your take on that one Ken
I haven't seen the 64 , were about is it ? Robert had same worries about car with salvage title until he looked at it . It was a granny special just little tired but solid . She was over in Los Gatos area I believe which is high price homes and donated it to wrecking yard but guy was to lazy to go threw all the paperwork to keep title clear ( common out here ) . I was thinking of buying it putting on a fresh paint job and making my daily driver but the old lady hates wagons I have a 65 GS and I'm looking to buy her a nice driver convertible just don't have room or enough cash to keep three . I've seen car and been under it while on lift it's a great deal . Good luck :TU:

In your opnion would it make the drive to Portland OR I will be there April 2 for the swap meet, Not that I am asking any one to drive it there would just be nice to know if in your opinion it would make it. As far as the salvage title as long as Robert has the title and other than Salvage its clear thats all i need on my end. I can cost upwards of $1,000+ to get it registered here but if the deal is right i will factor that into my offer. Hey Ken , I believe car would make it there no problem . Robert is a great guy but not really much of a do it yourselfer . Every little noise or rattle it's back in the shop . I started car up and it sounds and feels good . He said it only makes noise from time to time but he's driven it about 30 miles I'd guess since finished . I just spoke with him and siad your flying down . It's always better to see in person but that money would go along was on car .
