    Hello everyone,

Thanks for reading this post. I have 1964 bucket seats from a Electra two door which should be like a Wildcat of the same year. I have two questions. Are these the same as a 1965 wildcat bucket seats and the mounting track? I know the material and pattern would be different. But is the basic seat and mounting track the same? outside trim? Second question. Would these seats from the 64 electra be simlar to other full size GM cars and if so what other GM Cars and years would these fit? knowing the seat covers would be different that other GM divisions. I would guess these would be the same as 63 electra or wildcat for sure.

    Thanks for all your help

i would guess that the bucket seats would be the same from 62-65 based on the chevy side of gm. in 66 they went to a smaller astro bucket style seat.

I know most 62-65 GM buckets are simular . However seat tracks are always by car line in the early seats. One other difference in 62 to 65 is be careful because some fold straight foreward and some fold from the outside edge at an angle. I know for example that skylark and other a bodys generaly have a spear moulding on the side and the full size seats have a band all the way up and over the back rest, good luck

Do those buckets come with headrests? I'm rebuilding/saving an old 64 Electra and would like to put seats with headrests in it. Do you think I could interchange Caddy buckets?
