So exspurts... is this a case of a 1965 hood on the '64? If anyone want to co-join me for a parts car, I may be interested... ws

 

What makes a 64 hood different than a 65?? I thought they were the same with the possible exception of the hood ornament.

I believe that hood is not fitting correctly because of the condition of the car...…. pretty beat up and neglected looking.

 

1965 is straight across the front.

64 and 65 Special are the same, Skylark and Gran Sport have a hood ornament otherswise the same.

I concur. I've interchanged 64 and 65 hoods since the 1970's and they haven't changed yet! Lol!

Thank you Sir , that's a nice car i really like the roof line & the back end , actually I like everything about it ! Do you know anybody that's selling a 67 Special or a 66 Skylark ?

 

unfortunately with the recent change in Craigslist selling policies it seems all the cars have disappeared. nobody wants to pay $5 to advertise their car.

 

Oh right , so apart from Ebay & craigslist where does one go ?
