I love your car. A guy stopped by my house two weeks ago and tried really hard to buy my 66. I told him "I would not sell" But I gave him my number just in case and I told him to check back with me in a few weeks, if he gets back in touch with and if we work out a deal I'm very interested. There's a few "ifs" in there but you never know. Don.
That's exactly what I will be searching for for my next project.... unfortunately the timing (like always) sucks! With my current situation I would have no place to keep it and pulling the money from other funds would be a disaster. If the situation changes and you still have it, I'd be very interested, but I have a feeling it won't be around very long. I'll keep watching just in case!! Steve
I feel your pain. I have 3 cars I was trying to sell. Limited to no interest. Spring and tax time is around the corner.
I have the 65 version of your car and wouldn't part with it. Your car is worth what you're asking as transportation. My car has a 300 V8 and gets 20MPG, your 6 should get 22 to 24. Would be a nice driver. If you try Ebay, good luck! I've tried to sell cars on Ebay, people win the auctions and don't pay and there's nothing you can do about it. I guess that's why they call it Evil Bay. I've heard that 90% of the cars that have winning bids never get paid for.
May trade, 66-72 nova, 70-72 skylark, 55 belair, Camaro, firebird. dad and son thing, he thinks the special is ugly.
