    The later cars 70 to 72 for sure do not have a tach there as they were in the dash. It does have all 3 pins intact which is rare. If Jason bought it I bet he paid like 5 dollars for it :)

    Yeah, all three pins are intact so Im a little reluctant to sell it. I was saving it as a spare for the 70. But Im open to offers though! :laugh:

    I have a super nice upper chrome boot ring that I plan to put up on eBay. Maybe whoever buys this will pony up some coin for
    my rechromed boot ring :laugh:

    Its actually plated in a rare material called Cantaffordite:laugh:. Its more expensive that gold plating :laugh:

    Funny I only paid that much for my complete 65 Gran Sport and it has the consolette with tach in better shape than that, now I know I got a good deal lol.

    I agree! There are currently 20 watchers on eBay and a couple of offers. Fortunately, I have an automatic so I don't really have to worry about this but is this how much these consolettes go for? It just seems incredible! I thought it was hard trying to find a console for my '67 (which I did on this forum).
